International Christian music sensation Ada Ogochukwu Ehi Moses, professionally known as Ada Ehi, is back with a soul-stirring project. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Ada’s journey in music began at the tender age of ten when she joined Tosin Jegede as a backing vocalist.
A graduate of Lagos State University with a degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering, Ada found her calling in Christian music. Since 2009, under Loveworld Records and now FreeNationINC, she has evolved into one of the most iconic voices in gospel music. With six successful projects under her belt, Ada continues to inspire millions across the globe with her uplifting and spiritually enriching music.
Her latest release, Consecrated, is a seven-track EP that captures the essence of her spiritual journey and connection with God. The theme of consecration is evident in every note and lyric, creating an immersive experience for listeners who seek deeper spiritual engagement.
The EP opens with “De Aria,” a striking introduction that sets the tone for the rest of the project. With each track, Ada demonstrates her musical versatility.
Songs like “Definitely” and “Game Changer” embrace the rhythmic influences of Eastern Nigeria, while “Heart to Heart” stands out as a passionate church-rock anthem, remaining true to Ada’s signature sound.
The Consecrated EP includes standout singles that have already captured audiences worldwide. “Another Miracle,” a powerful collaboration with Congolese gospel artist Dena Mwana, speaks on faith and divine intervention. “Definitely,” another fan favourite, brings an infectious groove that blends both contemporary and traditional Nigerian sounds. The collaboration with Mercy Chinwo on “Yes Sir” is a rousing declaration of praise, filled with joyful energy.
