If there’s one thing that makes Tochi Bedford standout from other music creatives, it would have to be how much of a boundless and limitless horizon his creativity explores. He is up again to cement this truth with ‘Half-Blue’.
Even before the release of his debut single ‘Disintegrate’ followed closely by his project ‘Eternal Mob’ in 2020, Tochi had been working in music for years, creating sonic masterpieces with leading names in the scene and internationally too including Cruel Santino, Skepta, Amaarae, Gus Dapperton, Ycee, Odunsi (The Engine), NSG, Native Sound System and many more.
He is the founder of 44DB Collective, a producer collective consisting of over 10 producers and like-minded creators who work and learn together. However, over the years, Tochi has resplendently morphed from being a producer to an incredibly expressive singer/songwriter – an added feather to his hat of talents.
Half-Blue is set to showcase a Tochi Bedford that is more diverse than ever and optimizes cutting-edge tools to operate on a never-before-seen level of creativity on the continent.
For a 23 year-old, Tochi has built himself a catalog that only very few his age can boast of. With production credits on four songs off his two Long Projects, Cruel Santino’s Subaru Boys: Final Heaven album and credits on Amaarae’s Fountain Baby, Headies Award nomination for his work on NATIVEWORLD project by NATIVE Sound System and Santi’s Subaru Boys: Final Heaven, Tochi is definitely one to look out for on global stages.
