Through gritty vocals and reflective songwriting, Arlex revisits a challenging period in his life while acknowledging the progress he has made since.
Speaking on the single, “This one is very vulnerable. I was in a phase where everything just seemed difficult, you know. One day while reflecting, I realized that even though I wasn’t where I wanted to be yet, I had grown and was actually in a better place than I used to be at the time. This realization alone made me thankful. It’s basically a song about gratitude, because no matter where you are right now, if you actually pause to count your blessings, you’ll realize how far you’ve come.”
