Urban Gospel Trio, The Kings Crew, Drop Surprise EP Journey

Friday, 19 September, 2025 — Urban gospel trio, The Kings’ Crew just stunned their fans by releasing a surprise 7-track EP titled Journey. With no lead-up or countdown, the project arrived quietly but has instantly sparked conversation.

The group, made up of Kray, Clericus, and Chara is known in the urban gospel space for hits like Honey, All in All, Jamming Jesus, and Way Up. Their sound blends mainstream genres like Afrobeats, hip-hop, and dancehall with their heartfelt faith, creating music that feels as real on the streets as it does in worship spaces. Journey builds on that reputation while stepping into new territory.

The project is a reflection on what it means to keep moving when life feels uncertain. The message is clear: the process matters more than the destination. Across seven tracks, TKC reminds listeners that God is not only found at the finish line but also in every struggle, delay, and breakthrough along the way.

The EP features the previously released singles Way Up and All in All, now joined by five new tracks. Wide Awake calls listeners to stay determined when the road gets tough. Running and Dumebi are soothing Afrobeats records that celebrate faith and intimacy. The closing track, Journey, is TKC at their most personal, sharing their struggles as artists and the faith that has kept them grounded.

This project is about showing people they are not alone in their process,” the group explains. “Life is full of moments where you feel stuck in between, but God is with you there too. We wanted the music to capture every part of that journey. Sometimes it feels like victory, sometimes like pain, sometimes like pure joy, but it is all part of the same story.

With a mix of high energy, raw honesty, and heartfelt lyrics, Journey will leave listeners feeling uplifted and understood. It is an EP that’s not looking to just entertain, but rather walk with you through your own story.

Journey is available now on all streaming platforms.
